Sincerely Fro Me To You ~ at 225 pounds

The picture I am sharing today is of me at 225 pounds.  I only had Luke at the time this picture was taken, he was a baby.  This picture was taken in 2002 at Christmas time, I really like Chocolate Covered Cherry's  so does my double chin.  I joined WW after Bo was born, it was my New Years Resolution, I was desperate I had a two year old and a 5 month old, my back hurt all the time, I had trouble breathing, I was always sleepy, the list goes on and on.  So I was determined and Thankfully I have kept all the weight off.  I gained weight of course when I got pregnant with Daisy, I gained almost 50 pounds but before she was one I was back down to a size 8.  So that's from 22/24 to an 8.  So here goes, I am showing you my worst people!

This is it....

This picture was taken just after Daisy turned one.  I lost all the weight and cut off all my hair.

This was taken at Easter this year.  I have grown my hair out a bit.  I will be thirty this year so I want to hang on to my long locks as long as I can...
And you all know I love you to show you pictures of me in the morning in my pj's, right, you should feel loved.

So thats it, my big picture, really I was big, and even though it was me, I was never comfortable and it's hard still, to see myself like that.

Even at that weight, you still look Happy and gorgeous. It's that amazing smile of yours! But I know what you mean, at my heaviest, I feel very sluggish. You are an inspiration and I love your hair either way-just beautiful!

Thanks for playing along and have a HAPPY MOTHER"S Day, okay?

Encouraging post, as I have gone up down like a yo-yo these pasts three births.
It's like you said "I wasn't comfortable with" this is what it's about. "What your happy with"... so now I T.Tapp daily and have already drop 20.5 inches in only 4wks no dieting just cutting back!

WW is a great way to do it, I've just never had the desire to incorporate it.

All your PIX even your "big" pix is pretty!

I think the short hair is chic but I understand the long hair thing also, because at 33 I'm growing out mine for a while, more for dh than me :D

You really were pretty then and you are now too. Weight just can't diminish a grogeous smile. Glad that you were able to accomplish something that made you feel better, though.

And Yeah, I feel you on being painful to share your photo. Head shots, that's all I show on my blog!

You are absolutely gorgeous at any weight. I feel ya tho - I'm sluggish right now - needing to let go of a few pounds. UGH!

CONGRATS on keeping it off!!

You did a great job, but I have to admit, that you don't look 225 in that picture, were you hiding a really big butt or something?

LOL

I look 225 just in my face.

So, as everyone has said. You are beautiful at any weight...I was expecting some hideous picture...and all I got was more hottie.

Sigh,

That doesn't even look like you! I knew it was since you're holding a box of CCC! You're beautiful inside and out and I guess I really never saw you as being so big. But when I look back at photos, what a difference! Love you.

Amazing! You have ALWAYS been gorgeous. Did you ever go through they uglies?? I'm beginning to doubt it.

Chocolate covered cherries... wicked. They are positively wicked. Whoever designed them should have to lose the weight for us. Don't you agree?

Blessings!

Lacy~ next week I will have to post a picture of the awkward stage where your front teeth are as big as your whole head! I had some horse teeth for a good 3 years! And I could eat CCC until I throw up, really I can.

Congratulations for your decision to lose weight and live healthy! That is definitely a milestone, and you can be such an encouragement to those who are struggling with weight because you have been there and know exactly what it is like. It took a lot of courage on your part to expose yourself in this way- you are to me commended. I also recently lost 30 lbs. and am proud of my accomplishment. Your family is beautiful and you have been truly blessed. Keep up the good work! goldengirls59

You have a wonderful smile and it shines through in all those pictures. About two years ago I had to do something also I felt awful. So I did the WW thing and felt so much better. Gained about 10 pounds of it back, but I am working on that right now.
